摘要 根据全渠道的O2O、WMS、CRM等信息化新技术,结合服装行业生产和销售特点,构建服装工程全渠道营销云系统设计。全渠道营销云解决了服装品牌在生产管理与销售管理、线上线下商品信息共享和一体化高度集成管理、多平台和多仓库全方位信息融合的库存数据同步管理等问题,为服装销售提供有效、精准、实时数据分析,并能快速锁定重要数据,推进产品精准定位和新渠道开发,实现多渠道营销和各种数据资源实时共享,有利于服装工程云端部署实时掌控,还可以针对客户消费行为信息,为服装企业决策提供精确的数据支持,供服务技术管理人员和决策层参考。 According to the whole channel of 020, WMS, CRM and other information technology, combined with the characteristics of production and sales of clothing industry, the paper builded a full channel marketing cloud system design. Full channel marketing cloud solved the clothing brand in the production management and sales management, online and offline commodity information sharing and integration management highly integrated, multi platform and multi warehouse full range information fusion of inventory data synchronization management etc. It provided an effective, accurate, real-time data analysis for sales of clothing, and could quickly lock the important data. promoted products, precision positioning and the development of new channels, realize the multi-channel marketing and various data resource in real time sharing, to clothing engineering cloud deployment of real-time control, could also according to the information of consumer behavior, for garment enterprises decision-making provide accurate and convincing data to support, for technical services personnel management and decision-making reference.
