右美托咪定术前给药对子宫切除术患者应激与免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探析右美托咪定术前给药对子宫切除术患者应激与免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2014年1月—2016年1月我院收治的需行择期子宫切除术的子宫肌瘤患者58例,按照随机分配的原则将其平均分为对照组与观察组,各29例。对照组术前采用生理盐水进行泵注,观察组术前采用右美托咪定进行泵注,两组均于泵注10min后开始诱导。检测比较两组血清IL-2、COR浓度、血T淋巴细胞亚群以及NK细胞水平。结果:在T_0时,两组的血清IL-2和COR浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在T_2时,观察组血清IL-2浓度高于对照组,COR浓度低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在T_2时,观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+以及NK水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术开始前采用右美托咪定进行静脉泵注,可将患者的术后应激反应有效减轻,同时可将机体细胞免疫功能所受影响降低,可促进患者术后康复进程,效果显著,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
