摘要
以产虫草腺苷为指标来筛选最适合兰坪虫草菌株OLLJ14菌丝生长的培养基配方,同时优化了该菌株高产腺苷的培养温度和培养时间,结果表明,高产虫草腺苷的最佳培养基配方为:薏仁米10 g、黄豆粉0.6 g、鲜蚕蛹20 g、麦芽糖1 g,微量元素溶液47.4 m L(每100 m L水中加入烟酸0.004 g、Vb_1 0.002 g、Vb_6 0.004 g、MgSO_ 40.1 g、KH_2PO_4 0.05 g);兰坪虫草菌高产腺苷的最佳培养温度为14-16℃,培养时间为30 d左右。
Adenosine from Cordyceps sinensis is used as the index to select the best medium for mycelial growth of Cordyceps sinensis strain OLLJ14 in Lanping, and the optimum culture temperature and culture time of the strain are optimized. The results show that the optimum medium for the production of Cordyceps adenosine is: myotonin 10 g, soybean powder 0.6 g, fresh silkworm chrysalis 20 g, maltose 1 g, trace element solution 47.4 ml (add nicotinic acid 0.004 g, Vbl 0.002 g, Vb6 0.004 g, MgSO4 0.1 g, KH2PO4 0.05 g to every 100 ml water); The optimum culture temperature of high yield adenosine from Cordyceps sinensis in Lanping is 14-16 ℃, and the optimum culture time is about 30 days.
