凹叶景天总黄酮镇静催眠作用研究 被引量:7

摘要 用乙醇提取方法获取凹叶景天总黄酮,采用灌胃给药的方法,检测凹叶景天总黄酮对小鼠的急性毒性作用;并观察不同剂量凹叶景天总黄酮协同戊巴比妥钠对小鼠的镇静催眠作用;实验结果表明,凹叶景天总黄酮最大耐受量(以生药量计)为60g/kg,且能明显缩短戊巴比妥钠小鼠的潜伏睡眠时间,延长戊巴比妥钠小鼠的睡眠时间,即凹叶景天总黄酮具有镇静催眠作用。 The total flavonoids of Sedum emarginatum is obtained by ethanol extraction, the acute toxicity of total flavonoids of Sedum emarginatum to mice is studied by intragastrie administration, and the sedative and hypnotic effects of total flavonoids of Sedum emarginatum and pentobarbital sodium on mice are observed. Research results shows that the maximum tolerance of total flavonoids of Sedum emarginatum is 60g/kg (raw drug), it can significantly shorten the latency time of pentobarbital sodium in mice and prolong the sleeping time of pentobarbital mice, that is, the total flavonoids of Sedum emarginatum has sedative hypnotic effect.
