民族医药数据库平台构建探讨

Discussion on the Construction of National Medicine Database Platform

自"九五"计划开始,国家就积极推行了发展民族医药的政策。随着医药信息化的发展,构建民族医药数据库平台显得十分迫切。根据民族医药的自身特点,从民族医药的大致分类、保护民族医药知识、国家政策和民族医学教学、研究的需要等四个方面,叙述了构建民族医药数据库平台的必要性。并根据民族医药研究的当前状况与已有的工作基础,论述了其构建的可行性。最后就构建民族医药平台的意义进行了总结。

Since the ＂Ninth Five--Year Plan＂, the state has actively pursued the development of national medicine policy. With the development of medical information, the construction of national medicine database platform is very urgent. Based on the characteris tics of national medicine, this paper describes the necessity of constructing national medicine database platform from four aspects： the general classification of national medicine, the protection of national medicine knowledge, national policy, the teaching of national medicine and the needs of research. And then discusses the feasibility of its construction according to the current situation of national medicine research and the existing work foundation. Finally, the significance of constructing the national medicine platform is summarized.
