摘要 目的:建立生地黄的高效液相色谱法指纹图谱,对指纹图谱进行相似度评价,为其质量控制提供相关证据。方法:采用JADE-PAK ODS-AQ C_(18)(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速1mL/min,柱温30℃,进样量10μL,检测波长203nm。采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"(2004A版)分析指纹区和特征峰。结果:标定了生地黄11个共有峰,10批生地黄药材有很高的相似度(0.763~0.989)。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于生地黄药材的质量控制。 Objective:To establish the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprint of Radix Rehmanniae, to evaluate the similarity of fingerprints, and to provide evidence for its quality control. Methods : The separation was performed on a JADE- PAK ODS-AQ C18 column (200 mm X 4.6 ram,5/zm) through a gradiente lution of acetonitrile-0.1% aqueous phosphoric at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 203 nm, and the column temperature was set at 30℃. The similarity evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system (2004 A Edition) was used to analyze the fingerprint region and the characteristic peak. Results:The method calibrated about 14 common peaks, the 10 batch of Radix Rehrnanniae medicinal herbs have a high degree of similarity (0. 763-0. 989). Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Radix Rehmanniae.
