针灸治疗脑卒中后失眠研究进展

Research Progress on Acupuncture Treatment of Insomnia after Stroke

失眠症是脑卒中后睡眠障碍最常见的类型之一,越来越受到现代医学、康复学科等领域的重视。在目前临床试验中,已证实针灸对脑卒中后并发失眠症的不同阶段、不同层次均有良好效果。通过整理和总结近年来国内外研究脑卒中后失眠的文献,探讨针灸治疗方法治疗脑卒中后失眠的评价方法和疗效,同时指出需加强基础研究,有必要对其进行分型研究,更客观有效地证明针刺治疗对脑卒中后失眠的作用。

Insomnia is one of the most common types of sleep disorders after stroke, and it has been paid more and more attention in the field of modern medicine and rehabilitation. In the current clinical trials, acupuncture has been proved to have good effects on the different stages and levels of insomnia after stroke. This article through the literature of insomnia and summarized at home and abroad in recent years after stroke, to evaluate the method and effect of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of the insomnia after stroke, also pointed out the need to strengthen basic research, it is necessary to carry out research on its type, more objectively and effectively prove the acupuncture treatment objective curative effect on post-stroke insomnia.
