略析张锡纯论治中风及大气病变之间的联系

A Brief Analysis of the Relationship between Zhang Xichun's Treatment of Stroke and Daqi Diseases

在阅读张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》有关中风及大气的相关篇章中发现,张氏论治类中风一病中脑充血病证的相关记载与大气上逆联系密切,而其论治本病中的脑贫血之证亦与大气下陷相关,并发现张氏论述的有关大气上逆的理论及临证经验尚欠完善。

After reading the chapter of stroke and daqi disease in Zhang Xichun's ' Medical Zhongchenxixilu',the author found that Zhang's treatment of stroke disease in the brain congestion was closely related to daqi's superinverse,and its treatment of the syndrome of cerebral anemia was also associated with daqi's subsidence.Also,the author found that Zhang's theory of daqi's superinverse and the clinical experience still need improvement.
