摘要
在梯级航运枢纽运行中,需要通过枢纽联合调度系统协调好各项任务,实现综合效益最大化。针对汉江崔家营枢纽和雅口枢纽的运行目标,通过分析发电效益和通航基流保障率之间的制约关系,基于FPGA对其开展联合优化调度研究。文中建立了以周为计算时段的调度模型,提出了以综合考虑航运与发电两种情况为目标的枢纽联合优化调度方案及优化调度准则,并对提高汉江襄阳以下梯级枢纽通航基流保障率做了初步的探讨。
To achieve the maximum comprehensive benefit, it is necessary to coordinate various tasks through the combined scheduling system of integrated junctions. In this paper, the optimal operation target of Cuijiaying junction and Yakou junction in the Hanjiang River was researched through analyzing the restrictive relation between generation benefit and navigation base flow rate based on the FPGA. A scheduling mode calculated in the period of weeks was established. The optimal scheduling scheme and the criterion of cascade junction with comprehensive consideration of shipping and electric power generation were proposed. The methods of improving the basic flow protection rate of the following cascade junctions in the lower reaches of Xiangyang section in the Hanjiang River were preliminarily discussed.
