摘要
利用水热法合成α晶相的羟基氧化铁,探究其室温下在浆态床鼓泡反应器中脱除硫化氢标准气中的硫化氢性能。通过测得的脱硫穿透曲线来说明初始硫化氢浓度、浆液固含量以及表观气速等对体系催化性能的影响,并利用XRD、XPS和氮气脱附吸附等表征手段对催化剂以及再生反应过程中的固体样品进行测试,以分析催化剂的再生性能。实验表明,催化剂吸附脱除硫化氢性能受浆液固含量、硫化氢初始浓度以及气流速的影响很大。再生反应过程中,催化剂的晶相保持不变,5次再生循环使用,脱硫性能变化不大,可保持在93%以上,再生性能良好。催化剂的单次脱硫性能可达到134mg H_2S/羟基氧化铁。
The goethite successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method was applied to remove hydrogen sulfide from gas phase in slurry reactor at room temperature.The performance of the catalyst was evaluated by measuring the breakthrough curve (BTC) of the reactor under different reaction conditions including solid content of the slurry(w), superficial gas velocity(v) and initial H2S concentration(c0).The samples to be analyzed were characterized by XPS, XRD and BET surface area analyzer. The experiments showed that the tests conditions including w,v, c0, have great effect on the desulfurization performance of the reactor.In the recycling of the catalyst, the crystal phase of the catalyst remained unchanged, and the removal of hydrogen sulfide kept above 93 % after five recycles.The single desulfurization performance of the catalyst could reach 134 mg H2S / g catalyst.
