摘要
通过研究发电权交易来促进电力行业节能减排,响应以清洁和绿色的方式来满足电力需求的号召。从发电权交易中心的角度提出了以综合考虑节能、降耗和碳减排为目标的发电权交易模型。以电力市场发电权交易中的撮合交易方式为基础,形成综合总效益、节能量与碳减排量三者最大化的多目标发电权交易模型。运用蚁群优化算法来求解此发电权交易的模型,并通过算例分析验证了该方法能够良好的达到发电权交易中节能减排的要求,同时又能够保证交易后综合经济效益的良性发展。
The paper presents the research on the power generation right transactions to promote energysaving emission reduction in the power industry, in response to a clean and green way to meet the call of the power demand.A power generation right transaction model with energy conservation, consumption reduction and carbon emission reduction as the target is proposed from the perspective of generation trading center.It also studies the matching trading mechanism applicable to power generation transactions in the electricity market and establishes a multi-objective power generation right transaction model with compre-hensive benefit, energy saving and carbon emission reduction maximization. The model is solved with ant colony optimization algorithm. A case study proves that this method can meet the requirement of energy saving and emission reduction in power generation transaction well, and can ensure the benign development of comprehensive economic benefit after trade.
