摘要
为了研究固体粉末物料的振动下料质量流量,采用EDEM对在不同振动频率下的下料过程进行仿真.并提取物料下料质量流量数据以及在振动条件下的下料口速度数据.实验结果表明,振动有益于物料下料过程,并且随着振动频率的增大物料下料质量流量增大,但物料的下料稳定性也变差,故过大的振动频率反而无益.
In order to study the mass flow rate of solid powder material, EDEM is used to simulate the process of the material on different vibration frequencies and to extract mass flow data and feeding speed data in vibration condition. The experimental results show that the vibration is beneficial to the material feeding process, and with increasing vibration frequency the material mass flow grows.But there appears low stability,and the high frequency is useless.
