大学生创业资源协同模式研究

Research on the synergy pattern of college students′entrepreneurial resources

创业资源是创业者顺利开展创业活动的必备要素与基本前提条件。大学生作为创业活动的主体,与社会上一般创业者相比,具备拥有更多创业资源的可能,如政府资源、高校资源、企业资源与其他社会各界的资源。但在大学生创业资源协同的过程中存在诸多问题,如政校企各自为政导致覆盖缺失,一拥而上导致重复建设,盲目协调导致效率低下。只有充分研究创业资源协同的内生动力,积极探索大学生创业资源协同的典型模式,形成政校企互动共生的协同机制,才能更好推动大学生的创业发展。

Entrepreneurial resources are the essential elements and basic precondition for startup entre- preneurs to carry out entrepreneurial activities. Compared with general startup entrepreneurs, college students are liable to possess more entrepreneurial resources from the government, universities, enter- prises, etc. There are also many problems for college students in the mobilizing process of entrepre- neurial resources, such as coverage deficiency, repeated construction and low efficiency due to a failed coordination among governments, universities and enterprises. To study the endogenous power of college students＇ entrepreneurial resources synergy and explore its typical pattern, an interactive symbiotic synergy mechanism between the government, universities and enterprises is to be estab- lished to promote the development of college students＇ entrepreneurship.
