摘要
养老地产是我国的新兴事物,作为社会养老服务的载体,已经引发各方投资者的关注,存在巨大的市场潜力。但是由于相应政策和法律体系的不完备,在地产开发的拿地、运营、融资和服务各个环节都存在诸多法律风险与商业风险。
Real estate for senior Citizens, a new development and an important carrier of senior social service in China, has aroused attention of the investors due to its huge market potential. However, because of the imperfect corresponding policies and the legal system, there are considerable legal risks in the development, operation, financing, services and other aspects of the real estate.
