如何改善大学生道德素质是理论界常谈常新的问题。在"微时代"背景下,改善当代大学生道德素质面临新的挑战。同时,"微时代"的到来为改善大学生道德素质提供了新的契机、新的资源和新的路径选择。探寻和实施"微课堂"的教育路径,从思想认识层面改善大学生的道德素质;探寻和实施"微公益"的实践路径,引导和帮助大学生从自我做起、从身边做起、从小事做起,积小善为大善、积小德为大德;探寻和实施"微榜样"的激励路径,激发大学生"信其道"而"顺其道";探寻和实施"微素养"的养成路径,规范和约束大学生的网络道德行为。"微时代"改善当代大学生道德素质的路径是多元的,需要把传统的路径和各种"新路径"有机结合起来,做到因人而异、因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。

How to improve college students＇ moral quality is a new problem in theoretical circle. Under the background of ＂micro era＂, to improve the moral quality of contemporary college students is facing new challenges. At the same time, the ＂micro era＂ brings new opportunities, new resources and new way to improve the moral quality of college students. Methods are proposed in this paper： exploring and implementing the ＂micro classroom＂ education path, which can im- prove the moral quality of college students from the level of thinking and understanding; exploring and implementing the ＂micro public welfare＂ practice path that can guide and help college students to start from themselves, from the side, and from the minor matter; exploring and implementing the ＂micro role model＂ incentive path that can stimulate college students to believe its way and go along; exploring and implementing the ＂micro literacy＂ cultivation path, which can standardize and constraint college students network moral behavior. In the ＂micro era＂, the path to improve contempora- ry college students＇ moral quality is diverse, so we need to take the traditional path and the organic combination of vari- ous kinds of ＂new path＂ and educate students according to their different traits.
