我国教育硕士专业学位质量保障的问题与改进 被引量:3

摘要 我国教育硕士专业学位设立近20年以来,规模由小到大,总体发展比较顺利,但也存在一些困难与问题,其中质量保障的问题尤为突出,在一定程度上影响了人才培养的质量。进一步健全教育硕士专业学位的质量保障体系,应完善评估目标体系,改革课程体系,加强导师队伍建设,重视学位论文指导工作,加强对外交流与沟通。 The Education Master in China has been granted for almost 20 years, its size has enlarged and developed smoothly as a whole. However, its shortcomings are obvious, especially among which is the quality ensurance, which to some degree has affected the talent cultivation. The perfection of the quality ensurance system of Education Master requires to perfect the assessment system, to reform curriculum system, to reinforce the staff, to stress the supervision of thesis and to enlarge communication with others.
