摘要
随着全球化经济和现代信息技术的发展,全球语境下跨国移民的不断增加,不同文化背景的人们之间的跨文化交际不可避免。近年来大多研究主要关注外语教学与学生跨文化交际能力培养之间的关系,但对大学英语教师的跨文化交际能力鲜有详细论述。从跨文化交际能力的认知、情感、行为三个方面分析了近年大学英语教师跨文化交际能力现状,并针对这些状况提出培养措施。
With the economic globalization, the development of modem information technology and the transnatiofial migration in the global context is increasing and the intercultural communication between people from different cultures is inevitable. Because of this, scholars studies on intercultural communication are more and more. However, in recent years, most researches focused on the relationship between language teaching and students' intercultural communicative competence and scholars paid little attention on the cultivation of college English teachers' intercultural communicative competence. This paper analyzes college English teachers' intercultural communicative competence from three aspects of cognition, emotion, behavior and also puts forward training measures to cultivate it. The intercultural communication competence itself is a complex system and the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence covers a very wide range, so the individual learning, practices, institutional training and multiple organizations' support are discussed in this article.
