摘要
分析民办高校基层行政管理人员的构成与管理特征及其产生职业困境的原因,从社会认同、工作压力与发展压力三个方面进行分析,并从营造良好的基层行政工作环境、建立基层行政管理人员晋升阶梯、完善基层行政管理人员激励机制、加强基层行政管理人员的心理疏导等四个方面探究其对策。
The thesis analyzes the formation of private universities administrative personnel, management features and causes of predicaments from the aspects of social identity, work pressure and development pressure. The thesis explores the countermeasures from the perspectives of creating a favorable basic administrative work environlnent, establishing the basic administrative management ladder, perfecting the grassroots administrative personnel incentive mechanism, and strengthening the psychological counseling to grassroots administrative staff.
