基于STM8的双向DC-DC变换器设计分析 被引量:1

摘要 设计的双向DC-DC变换器采用STM8单片机产生PWM脉冲信号,经过半桥驱动芯片IR2104控制MOS管,从而控制BUCK/BOOST拓扑电路。单片机内部自带的10位ADC能通过电压电流检测实时反馈电流和电压数值,并由此调整输出的PWM的占空比,形成电流电压闭环控制系统。实验结果表明,该变换器可以提高输出电流、电压的控制精度,具有良好的稳定性。 The desired bi-directional DC-DC converter utilizes the PWM pulse signal generated by STM8 mierocontroller, controls the MOS transistor through IC IR2104, and controls the whole BUCK/BOOST circuit as well. The 10 position ADC integrated in the microcontroller may real-time feedback the value of voltage and current through detecting current. As a result, it adjusts output PWM duty ratio as well, and a voltage current closed-loop control system forms. The experiment results show that DC-DC converter can improve output current and voltage control accuracy and features good stability.
