摘要
采用实验法对实验组学生进行为期16周的素质拓展训练,通过测试法、数理统计法分析实验组和对照组学生实验前后的指标数据,旨在了解素质拓展训练对学生身体素质的改善效果。实验结果表明素质拓展训练对学生肺活量、50 m跑、坐位体前屈、立定跳远、1 000 m跑成绩均有明显改善作用;多元方差分析和一元方差分析显示,素质拓展训练对学生身体素质的提升具有促进作用;素质拓展训练中可增加发展上肢力量的项目;教师在教学过程中应教授学生正确的引体向上技术动作。
An experimental group of students have been trained for 16 weeks using experiment method. Test method and mathematical statistics method are used to analyze the date before and after the experiment, aiming to understand how quality development training works on students' physical fitness. The results indicate quality development has a very good and remarkable effect on 50-meter race, vital capacity, standing long jump, sit and reach and endurance running. Multivariate variance analysis and one-way ANOVA suggest that quality development training can improve students' physical fitness. Upper limb strength program should be added to quality development training. Teachers should show the right way to do the pull-ups to students in the training.
