弹射座椅椅载空速感受系统气动修正研究 被引量:2

摘要 弹射座椅采用椅背静压采集,由于椅载空速感受系统受到人-椅系统尾流场的影响,弹射过程中气动参数的测量存在误差.通过对某型弹射座椅进行高速和低速风洞试验,基于对试验数据的分析得到了程控器总压和静压感受值随马赫数变化的规律.在此基础上,提出了基于迭代搜寻法的静压修正方法.通过与弹射座椅测压火箭撬滑跑试验测得的结果对比分析,验证了提出的气动修正方法的正确性.该修正方法提高了椅载空速感受系统的测量精度,为该型座椅空速感受系统最终气动修正方案的科学制订提供了理论依据. The airspeed sensing system of a certain ejection seat was arranged on its back. The influence of the wake flow on the aerodynamic parameter measurement is significant. The high speed and low speed wind tunnel test of the ejection seat were done. Based on the analysis of the test data, the varia- tion of total pressure and static pressure of the programmable controller with the Maher number was ob- tained. Thus, a static pressure correction method based on iterative search was proposed. Through the comparative analysis of the correction result and the testing data of the ejection seat rocket sled test, the correctness of the correction method was verified. By using of this correction method, the measurement accuracy of the airspeed sensing system was improved greatly, which provides a theoretical basis for the scientific formulation of the final ;aerodynamic correction scheme of the seat air speed sensing system.
