China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation （CASIC） is a large, state-owned, hi-tech enterprise under Central Government administration. It has 11 offices and 19 holding companies outside China, covering Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas. In 2013, CASlC acquired Luxembourg-based sensing specialist IEE, which in turn acquired French elec- tronic manufacturing services provider ALL CIRCUITS in 2015. In 2016, CASIC achieved a year-on-year growth of 29 percent in international business revenue.
