摘要
通过对两种不同碳、氮含量的1Cr15Ni27Ti3Mo1Al钢进行锻造、轧制以及固溶处理,对影响该钢晶粒度的因素进行了分析。结果表明:碳、氮元素含量对该钢晶粒度的影响较大;另"菱形→方形→椭圆形→圆形"的轧制变形工艺以及固溶处理可以细化均匀该钢晶粒尺寸。
The factors affecting the grain size of 1Cr15Ni27Ti3Mo1A1 steel were studied through forging, rolling and solid solution treatment to the steel with different element carbon and nitrogen contents. The results show that the grain size of the steel were largely affected by the contents of element carbon and nitrogen. Besides, the grain size could be refined and homogenized both by rolling process of 'rhombus→square→oval→round' and solid solution treatment.
