摘要
通过对火力发电厂数起非受监金属部件失效案例的介绍以及分析,总结了该类金属部件失效的常见原因和改进措施。结果表明:热处理工艺问题、设计问题、维护问题以及焊接问题等是导致该类金属部件失效的主要原因,可通过在采购、安装、验收等环节加强监督来降低该类金属部件的失效。
The general reasons and improvement measures of the failure of non-supervised metallic parts in coal-fired power plants were summed up by the study of several failure cases. The results show that heat treatment process problems, design problems, maintenance problems and welding problems were main reasons for the failure of the non-supervised metallic parts, and the failure frequency of these metal parts could be reduced by strengthening supervision in procurement, installation, inspection and other links.
