包山楚简法律文书丛考

COLLECTIVE EXAMINATION ON THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS IN THE BAOSHAN CHU BAMBOO SLIPS

包山楚简中有一些战国时代楚国的法律文书，原文篇题有《集箸》、《集箸言》、《受期》、《疏狱》等。文书内容十分生动，真实地反映了楚国社会的生活场景。笔者研习略有所得，列叙于下，敬乞读者赐教。

In the bamboo slips unearthed from the tombs of the Chu State of the Warring-States Period at Baoshan, there are some legal documents. In dizhu, the term ＂：cin guan （new officials）＂ is seen; in the pre-Qin period, the officials born in the aristocrat families who succeeded their posts from their previous generations were called ＂flu guan （old officials）＂, and therefore the term ＂win guan＂ would refer to the officials promoted from the commoners.
