配合形式对直线球轴承刚性的影响

摘要 针对直线轴承承载刚性差,不能满足使用要求的问题,分析影响直线轴承结构刚性的因素:轴、轴承座和轴承的刚性,以及轴承与轴的配合间隙,通过将直线轴承与轴的配合方式改为过盈配合,提高了轴承承载刚性,满足了使用要求。 Aiming at the problem that the bearing rigidity of the linear bearing is poor and can not meet the requirements of the application, the factors that influence the rigidity of the linear bearing are analyzed, such as the rigidity of the shaft, the bearing and the bearing housing, and the matching clearance of the bearing and the shaft. By matching the hnear bearing and shaft with the interference fit to improve the bearing bearing rigidity to meet the requirements of the use.
