摘要
分析三瓣波滚道圆柱滚子轴承外圈的结构特点和加工难点,基于初拟定外圈加工路线在生产中出现的问题,调整工艺流程、重新确定工艺参数,优化了外圈磨削工艺,满足了产品各项精度要求。
The structural characteristics and processing difficulties of cylindrical roller bearing outer ring with trilobe raceway are analyzed. Based on the problems in the initial formulation of the outer ring processing line, the technical process is adjusted, the process parameters are re - determined and the outer ring grinding process is optimized. Product accuracy requirements are met.
