以某量产电动汽车为例,在保证车身与动力电池连接处的疲劳强度和整车安全性能的前提下,以车身结构质量的最小化为目标,优化车身的动力电池框架支撑结构,从而实现车身结构的轻量化。该电池框架支撑结构的质量为原来结构的50%,满足疲劳强度和安全性能要求。
