应用六西格玛设计工具与计算机模拟技术,从概念选择到材料、结构、工艺、检测等多方面进行技术攻关,识别影响衰减的关键因素,设计开发了匹配ACC功能的有色标牌,并成功投产。
Based on Six sigma design tools and computer simulation technology, the technique is researched from concept choice to material, structure, process, testing and other aspects. The key factors that influence attenuation are identified, and colored label matching ACC function is designed and successfully put into production.
