摘要
针对冰箱门把手造型复杂、表面质量要求高的特点,提出了一种基于气辅成型技术的模具结构方案。应用NX对该制件模具的机构和部件进行了总体设计和虚拟装配,包括浇注系统、冷却系统、内抽芯机构等。生产实践证明,模具结构合理,满足生产质量的要求。
Facing the characteristics of the complex surface modeling and high surface quality of the refrigerator door handle, the effective scheme of mold structure was carried out based on gas - assisted mohting process. The mechanism and components were designed and virtually assembled using NX. The gating, cooling and inner core -pulling systems were presented. It was certified that the mold design was rea- sonable and the door handle can satisfy the requirements of production.
