摘要
现有控释注水漏斗为一体式结构,不易维修和更换,且两侧护帮结构无倾斜角度,造成雨水迸溅,影响测量精度。通过改进现有控释注水漏斗的护帮结构,提高了控释注水漏斗的性能,但现有的控释注水漏斗热流道注塑模具无法实现对塑件的推出。针对上述问题,设计了具有内倾斜护帮结构控释注水漏斗热流道注塑模具。采用多功能型芯块、摆动式斜推杆、多功能连接杆、多作用限距柱和斜滑块组合等结构,不仅实现了塑件的推出,还创新性的提出多种结构零件的组合形式,进一步改进了热流道注塑模具,提高了控释注水漏斗的生产质量。
The current controlled release water injection funnels are the integrative structure, meaning that it is not easy to fix and change. There is no oblique angle in two side walls, causing splashing of the rain and af- fecting measurement accuracy. With improving the side wall construction of the current controlled re- lease water injection funnels, the performance of the controlled release water injection funnels is en- hanced. However, the plastic part cannot be pushed out with the current hot runner injection mold of controlled release water injection funnel. Aiming at these problems above, the hot runner injection mold of controlled release water injection funnel with the inner tilt side walls construction is designed. The multi - functional pellet, swing slanted push rod, multi - functional connecting rod, multi - action spac- ing column and the combination of slanted slide blocks are adopted. With the design of the hot runner injection mold, the plastic part is pushed out, and the combination of various structural parts is proposed in an unexpected ways. The hot runner injection mold is improved further and the production quality of controlled release water injection funnel is raised.
