摘要
文章以两台埃马克倒立式车削中心并集成埃马克自动化为例,采用FANUC 32i A数控系统,通过发那科系统强大的二次开发能力,实现了自动化加工、在线测量等先进的自动化功能,并完美的集成了马波斯测量系统,实现了轴类、盘类等零件的在线测量。
With two EMAG vertical turning center machines and integrated EMAG automation as examples, using FANUC 32IACNC system, through the FANUC system＇s powerful secondary development capability, it has realized advanced automation functions such as automatic processing and on -line measurement, and the perfect integration of Marposs measure system, which realizes on - line measurement of shaft, disc and other parts.
