摘要
笔者单位与北京发那科机电有限公司合作进行新型镗床产品的开发,论文内容源于该产品系统操作界面的设计过程。文章首先介绍了FANUC公司提供的CNC显示界面开发环境;然后重点分析了如何使用PICTURE软件,通过脚本程序、宏程序、宏变量和PMC程序之间的信息交互,实现机床上3个虚拟轴位置坐标的计算与显示;最后对显示界面的开发结果进行了简要的说明。
The development of the new type boring machine is designed in cooperation with Bejing -FANUC. The con- tent which is described in this paper comes from the operation interface design process of this machine. To begin with, the CNC interface development environment provided by FANUC is introduced. Finally, the de- velopment result of this display interface is presented briefly.
