三维肿瘤球的培养以及在肿瘤体外研究中的应用

摘要 与单层平面培养的肿瘤细胞相比,三维肿瘤球可以更好地模拟肿瘤细胞之间以及细胞外基质间信号转导的微环境,近年来被广泛用于肿瘤细胞形态学的研究、肿瘤干细胞的富集以及抗癌药物高通量筛选等方面,是肿瘤研究领域最好的体外模型之一。综述三维肿瘤球的构建以及在肿瘤体外研究中的应用。 Compared with two-dimensional (2D) tumor cell cultures, three-dimensional tumor spheroid culture can better simulate the microenvironment of signal transduction between cells and from extracellular matrix. As one of the best cell model in tumor research, three-dimensional tumor spheroid has been widely used in the study of tumor cell morphology, the enrichment of cancer stem cells and high-throughput screening of anticancer drugs. This paper reviewed the construction methods of three-dimensional tumor spheroid and its application in in vitro studies of tumors.
