阿法替尼为第2代不可逆pan-her酪氨酸激酶抑制剂,针对非小细胞肺癌进行了一系列临床试验。总结已开展的8个LUXLung临床试验,从临床试验终点指标、患者的甄选、剂量的选择等方面进行了全面系统的分析,以期为同类药物的临床试验设计提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Afatinib is a second generation, irreversible, pan-her tyrosine kinase inhibitor that mainly targets non-small cell lung cancer patients, A series of clinical trials （LUX-Lung） in patients with different types of non-small cell lung cancer have been fond-acted. This article summarized analyzed 8 LUX-Lung clinical trials completed so far from the perspectives of end point design, patient screening, and dose selection, so as to provide reference for the clinical trial design of drugs in the same class.
