Application of Vapor Phase Inhibitor in the Anticorrosion of Off-stream and Spare Refining Equipments

分析了停备用设备腐蚀的主要原因,介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司塔里木油田分公司塔西南石化厂500 kt炼油成套设备的腐蚀情况、防腐蚀材料的选择及填装,停备用设备气相防腐剂的防腐蚀机理、用途及特点。并结合该厂2015年使用停备用设备气相防腐剂的实际使用情况,验证了停备用设备气相防腐剂在炼油成套设备停备用期间有良好的防腐蚀效果。

The main causes for corrosion in the off-stream and spare equipments were analyzed, and some aspects of the 500 kt/a oil refining equipment were introduced, including corrosion situation, the method of choosing and filling anti-corrosion materials, anticorrosion mechanism, application and features of vapor phase inhibitor. The vapor phase inhibitor has a good corrosion resistance during the shutdown of the complete set of equipment, which is proved by the actual use and results in 2015.
