摘要
无人机监管服务系统能够为无人机提供全过程的飞行服务保障。本文介绍了当前无人机发展现状,分析了无人机产生的安全隐患,提出了无人机监管服务系统的技术方案,通过ADS-B、2G/3G、北斗指挥机、一次/二次雷达、MLAT、光电探测等多源监视信号融合处理,引接军民航空管AFTN专网、气象局以及自动气象观测站的气象数据,为无人机提供飞行监视、航空气象、计划管理、航空情报、空域管理、系统管理等服务,能够保障无人机安全有序地飞行。
UAV supervisory service system can provide the whole process of flight service support for UAV. This paper introduces the present UAV development situation, analyzes the security risks of UAV production, and puts forward the UAV supervisory service system through ADS-B, 2G/3G, Beidou command machine, the primary / secondary surveillance radar, MLAT and photoelectric detection for UAV flight monitoring. By connecting the AFTN, and supplying meteorological data from the weather bureau and the automatic meteorological observing station, this service system may provide such services as flight monitoring, aeronautical meteorology, plan management, aeronautical information, airspace planning, and thus help regulate UAV operation.
