摘要 为了有效缓解严重供液不足井生产运行状况及减少能源浪费现象,从实现超低冲速采油的角度出发,应用了抽油机降冲速节能装置。通过在电动机与抽油机减速箱皮带轮之间设置过度轮的方法,实现了抽油机超低冲速运行。应用抽油机降冲速节能装置后,抽油机冲速可降至1.5 min^(-1),单井日产液基本保持稳定,系统运行平稳;供液不足现象有所改善,功图显示饱满,沉没度上升148 m,泵效提高18.3个百分点;有功功率降低1.2 kW,单井日节电31.2kWh,投资回收期约为169 d,系统效率提高1.78个百分点。抽油机降冲速节能装置在低渗透油田具有广泛的应用前景。 In order to effectively alleviate production operation conditions of wells with insufficient liquid and to reduce energy waste phenomenon,from the point of realizing ultra-low speed oil recovery,the energy-saving device for reducing speed of pumping units is used.Through the method of setting transition wheels between the electromotor and the reducer casing pulley of the pumping unit,ultra-low speed running of the pumping unit is achieved.After applying the device,the pumping unit speed can be reduced to 1.5 min^(-1),and daily produced liquid of the single well remains stable.Meanwhile,the system runs smoothly,the phenomenon of insufficient liquid improves,and the indication shows full.Furthermore,submergence depth increases 148 m,pump efficiency increases 18.3 percentage points,active power reduces 1.2 kW,energy saving of the single well is 31.2 kWh,investment recovery period is about 169 days,and system efficiency increases 1.78 percentage points.The energy saving device for reducing speed of pumping units has a wide application prospect in oilfields with low permeability.
