摘要
结合某污水源热泵能源站项目,介绍了自控技术在污水源热泵能源站电气设计中的应用,解决了污水流量监测、宽流道式换热设备故障监测、重力取水控制、水蓄能控制等工艺难题。基于监测控制和数据采集(SCADA)的综合集中控制系统可精准、有效地管控各类工艺设备的运行,满足抗干扰、适用性、兼容性、扩展性等系统运行要求。
Combining by a sewage source heat pump energy station, this paper introduced the application of automatic control technology in electrical design of sewage-source heat pump energy supply station. The automatic control technologies solved tire problems including sewage flow monitoring, wide channel heat exchanger equipment faah monitoring,gravity water control, water storage control, etc. The comprehensive centralized-control system t)ased on supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) call accurately and effectively control the operation of process equipments, which meet the system requirements of anti-interference, applicability, compatibility, scalability.
