流浪未成年人的“问题化”、现实困境和研究反思

Reflective Research on the Problematization of Homeless Minors and its Plight of Reality

流浪未成年人,是现代社会的"社会问题"之一。一方面,弱势身份和问题标签为流浪未成年人群迎来了更多的社会关注和国家治理资源的倾斜分配,另一方面,主体身影被大众社会的热情所淹没之后,包括学术圈在内,其实也不利于他们生活政治的保护与重新创造。层出不穷的"跑站"、骗助、"循环流浪"等现象,更对现行国家救助体系和社会正义建设提出了严峻的挑战。在这个意义上,对于流浪未成年人的日常生活世界理解以及社会救助保护建设完善,制度化或结构化的外在改良和重建是必然需要,来自知识建构与研究反思维度的话语理解和大众共鸣也不可缺失。

The occurrence of social problems is real and constructive, and the problem of homeless minors is one of it in modern society. In reality, the weak identity and problem tagging has helped the homeless minors earn more social attention and the allocation of resources from government, but it couldn＇t be ignored that over - enthu- siastic care from the public, including academia, results in the loss of subject identity of the homeless minors and brings negative effects on the protection and re - creation of their life politics. Moreover, the frequently emerging aberrant cases pose serious challenges for the current national relief system and social justice. In the sense, the pa- per argues that it is essential to improve and reconstruct the understanding of the daily life of homeless minors and social relief system, without neglecting the discourse understanding and the mass resonance from a dimension knowledge building and reflective research.
