“一带一路”背景下外语院校图书馆非通用语种文献资源建设的困境与对策

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Non-common Foreign Languages Literature Resource Construction of Foreign Language College Library under One Belt and One Road Background

针对我国8所专业外语院校图书馆非通用语种文献资源现状,分析"一带一路"背景下非通用语种文献资源建设面临困境,探讨非通用语种文献资源共建共享的现实意义,提出非通用语种文献资源共建共享的建设性对策,目的是为外语院校培养国家急需非通用语种人才提供文献保障和学术支撑。

This article,based on the current situation of the literature resources construction of the libraries in 8 foreign language studies universities,analyzes the difficulties of the construction and utilization of non-common foreign language literature resources,and explores the realistic significance of the co-constructing and sharing of the non-common foreign language literature resources,and a constructive strategy of non-common language resources co-construction and sharing is proposed. The purpose is to develop the country’s need for foreign language colleges and universities to provide the documents and academic support for the non-common language talents.
