公共文化服务体系背景下文化志愿服务体系的构建——以山西省公共图书馆为例

Volunteer Service System Construction under Public Cultural Service System——Taking Public Libraries in Shanxi Province as An Example

本文以山西省图书馆"青春漂流文化惠民——文化志愿者走基层"服务项目为背景,结合项目开展以来的主要发现,重点研究公共文化服务体系建设背景下山西省公共图书馆开展文化志愿服务的必要性、现状与问题,并就如何构建以公共图书馆、乡镇文化站、农村农家书屋为阵地的公共图书馆文化志愿者提供可行性意见和建议。

This paper takes the service program of ＂Youth Volunteers Providing Culture Service to Grass Roots＂as its background,analyzes the major findings of the program,and the necessity,status quo,and problems of the volunteer service in public libraries of Shanxi Province and raises the feasibility plan and some advice on the volunteer service in public library,culture stations of towns,rural libraries and some other forms of public library.
