摘要 以新形势下企业的培训设计为主题,阐述了培训设计的主要任务和人员编成,提出了3个相结合的培训设计原则,具体分析了培训科目设置、重点内容设计、培训活动设计、培训方式设计、培训考评设计共5个层面培训设计的典型路线,建立了可供迭代和优化的培训设计模型,指出了评审要点,明确了组织形式模块化、核心关键统一化、学习体验情境化、能力提升趋前化、考核评价多维化的培训设计目标,旨在探索、沉淀、提炼并创新具有企业特色的培训设计经典方法和推广经验。 With the training design of a company as its topic under new situation, the article elaborates main tasks and people formation, brings forward the training design principle with three combinations, analyzes typical course of training design from five levels such as training subject setting and design of key contents ,training activities, training mode and training assessment in detail,builds training design model available for iteration and optimization,points out evaluation essentials,and clarifies training design target featuring modularized organization type,unified core and key,contextualized learning experience,advanced capability promotion and multi-dimensional assessment and evaluation.It aims at exploring,depositing,refining and innovating typical methods and promotion experience of training design with enterprise features.
