摘要
分析电网企业新入职员工心理健康现状,以便有针对性地进行心理健康教育和辅导。采用SCL-90量表对电网企业2014-2016的新员工进行普查,获取有效问卷29 365份。与全国常模相比,除饮食与睡眠因子得分高于全国常模外其他因子均非常显著的低于全国常模。新员工心理健康水平表现出逐年下降的趋势。除偏执外,其他所有因子得分女性员工均非常显著地高于男性员工。学历越高新员工的心理健康水平越高,除博士学历外,专科、本科和硕士的心理健康水平逐年下降。政治面貌为群众与团员的心理健康水平不存在明显差异,但党员的心理健康水平明显高于二者;独生子女的心理健康水平明显高于非独生子女。新入职员工心理健康亟需重视,尤其是性别为女性、学历偏低、政治面貌为群众和团员、非独生子女的新员工。
The analysis on the current status of mental health of new recruits of power grid industry is carried out to pertinently provide education and coaching of mental health.A general investigation is carried out among the new recruits of 2014-2016 of power grid company by use of the SCL-90 scale,and the number of effective questionnaires obtained is 29365.Compared with the national norm,except the dietary and sleep factor scores which are higher than the national norm, other factors are obviously lower than the national norm.The mental health level of new recruits shows a trend of decreasing year by year.Except stubborn, the scores of other factors of female employees are obviously higher than those of male employees;the higher the education degree is, the higher the mental health level of new recruits is.And except the doctor degree, the mental health level of the associate degree, bachelor degree and master degree decreases year by year.The mental health levels of masses and League member (politics status) have no obvious difference, while the mental health level of Party member is much higher than the former two politics statuses.In 2016 ,the mental health level of the only child is obviously higher than that of non- only child.The mental health of new recruits needs urgent attention, especially the new female recruits with lower education degrees and the politics status of masses and League member which are non-only child.
