张子和《儒门事亲》针药并用思想浅析

Analysis on the ideology of combining acupuncture and moxibustion with herbs in the ZHANG Zi-he's Confucians' Duties to Parents

张子和在《儒门事亲》中探讨了针灸方面特别是刺血方面诸多理论依据和成功案例。针灸和服药在本书中经常联合运用,疗效甚佳。文章从张子和临床辨证联合运用针药的5个特点即治分主辅、法有先后、互补救弊、灸药兼施、注重时机来分析讨论,以供针灸临床参考。

The book Confucians＇ Duties to Parents not only had rich clinical experience and unique academic ideas in using herbs, but also made numerous theories and successful clinical cases on acupuncture especially pricking blood. Acupuncture and moxibustion are often combined with herbs in the cilnical work of the book,which are very effective. This article analyzes and discusses the five characteristics of using the combination of acupuncture and herbs dialectically,which are clinical treating methods of principle and supplement,priority and subsequence, overcoming one＇s weaknesses by acquiring the other＇s strong points,moxibustion combining with using herbs and focusing on pathogenesis,in order to provide clinical reference for the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.
