摘要
第六届亚洲食学论坛于2016年12月3―5日在日本滋贺县隆重召开。来自十余个国家与地区、近两百位的研究者出席了本次论坛,并在为期三天的会议议程中围绕着"饮食文化交流"的中心议题进行了深入的交流与讨论。本报告从主题演讲、分组讨论以及实地考察等三个环节对本次论坛进行简要地概括,并对该论坛所取得的成果与发展进行反思与展望。
The 6th annual Asian Food Study Conference (AFSC) on 3 --5 December 2016 was held in Kusatsu, Japan. Nearly two hundreds scholars from more than ten countries and regions attended this con- ference and exchanged views and discussions on the topic of "Exchange and Dynamism of Food Culture in Asia: This report will give a brief museum visit of this conference, summary on keynote speech and make some rethinking , panel discussion/general presentation and on AFSC's development and achievement until now.
