基于外语教育视角的日语专业大学生跨文化交际能力调查研究 被引量:18

An Empirical Study of the Intercultural Communication Competence of Japanese Major Students Based on the Foreign Educational View

摘要 本研究基于外语教育视角的跨文化交际理论,运用外语专业大学生跨文化交际能力自测量表从定量研究观点考察了日语专业大学生跨文化交际能力的现状。研究结果表明,日语专业大学生总体跨文化交际能力状态不十分理想(均值为3.10),在8个维度中,跨文化态度最高(3.99),语言能力最低(2.51);与英语专业相比在跨文化态度与跨文化意识等跨文化能力上还存在显著差异。据此本文提出日语专业在课程设置及教学活动中要有效地提高学习者的交际能力与跨文化能力。本研究为把握日语专业大学生的跨文化交际能力现状提供了理论依据。 Based on intercultural communication theory from the foreign educational view, this study reports the current situa- tion of intercultural communication competence of Japanese major students, employing an intercultural communication compe- tence inventory for foreign major students in an empirical study. This study shows that the current situation of Japanese major students' intercultural communication competence is not ideal (the overall average score is 3.10). Among the eight dimensions of intercultural communication competence, attitude shows the highest score (3.99) while language ability shows the lowest (2.51); Japanese major students are obviously different from English major students in intercultural competence such as atti- tude and awareness. As a result, the paper argues that we should effectively improve the communicative competence and inter- cultural competence of Japanese major students in curriculum provision and teaching activities. This study provides a theoreti- cal basis for grasping the current situation of intercultural communication competence of Japanese maj or students.
