摘要 目的研究低温等离子体活化水的杀菌效果及相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀(抑)菌试验方法,对某低温等离子体设备产生的活化水杀菌效果及其稳定性进行研究。结果每次制备水体25 ml激发运行时间30 min,其活化水对金黄色葡萄球菌作用20 min,对大肠杆菌作用5 min,对铜绿假单胞菌作用1 min,杀灭对数值均>5.0。低温等离子体制水时间越长、制水量越小,其活化水杀菌力增强,且不宜储存,宜现生产现用。结论该低温等离子体活化水具有一定杀菌能力,但其杀菌效果受制水条件影响明显,适宜现生产现用。 Objective To study the disinfection effect and related properties of low-temperature plasma activated water.Methods Suspension quantitative test and antibacterial test methods were used to study the disinfection efficacy and stability of plasma activated water produced by low temperature plasma generator.Results The real-time prepared plasma activation water(sterile deionized water 25 ml,activated time 30 mins)was mixed with Staphylococcus aureus for 20 mins,with Escherichia Coli for 5 mins,and with Pseudomonas aeruginosa for 1 min.The average killing logriyhm value was more than 5.0.The longer time of produced by low temperature plasma generator,the less volume of water,and the stronger disinfection effect of the plasma activation water.It should not be stored,must be produced of current.Conclusion The low temperature plasma activated water had certain antibacterial efficacy,but the efficacy was influenced by many conditions.It should be preparation in times of use.
