摘要
通过理论分析和计算得出传统液压挖掘机回转系统在运动过程中各部分能量损失大小,证明了液压挖掘机回转系统节能的必要性。以此为基础提出了一种基于制动能量回收的混合动力挖掘机回转系统设计方案,通过采用二次元件液压泵/电机的四象限工作特性以及加装液压蓄能器来实现能量的充放,同时采用速度和压力双控的控制策略来控制蓄能器能量的释放。运用MATLAB/Simulink建立其仿真模型对设计方案可行性、节能性进行验证。仿真结果表明该设计方案节能效果明显,为今后混合动力挖掘机回转机构能耗分析和方案设计提供了参考。
Theoretical analyzing and calculating the energy loss of the hydraulic excavator's rotary system to prove the necessity of the energy recovery in rotary system. Then the paper puts forward a design scheme that basing on brake energy recovery in the rotary system of hydraulic excavator. Using the four-quadrant characteristic of the hy- draulic excavator secondary component motor/pump to achieve the energy recovery and releasing. Meanwhile it a- dopts the speed and pressure controlling strategies to control the energy releasing. Utilizing the Matlab/Simulink to build the models for simulation to prove the viability and energy efficiency of the design scheme. Finally, the results of the simulation demonstrated that the design scheme was effective and efficient and can be a reference for others in the future.
