全国地方志事业转型升级评价体系的探索与实践--基于浙江“方志工作强省”评价指标体系的研究

Explorations and Practices on the Appraisal System for Transformation and Upgrade of the National Local Records Cause-Researches Based on the Appraisal Indicators System of Zhejiang as “a Province Strong in Local Records Work”

以《全国地方志事业发展规划纲要(2015-2020年)》的印发为标志,中国地方志事业进入全面转型升级的新时期,亟须通过理论研究和相关的样本实践,对转型期升级的目标要求、评价体系等重大问题进行研究,以指导并推动全国各地的地方志工作全面科学发展。本文以浙江"方志工作强省"建设为目标,以相应评价指标体系和相关实践为范本,对此问题进行一些探索。

With the printing and distribution of National Local Records Cause Development Plan Outline2015-2020 as a symbol,the China local records cause entered a new phase of overall transformation and upgrade.Researches on major issues such as targets and requirements for upgrade during the transformation period and the appraisal system are urgently needed through theoretical research and relevant sample practice,so as to direct and push forward the sustainable healthy development of local records work in various places of the whole country.This article,with the aim to construct Zhejiang to be a'province strong in local records work',takes the relevant appraisal indicators system and the related practices as samples,and conducts certain explorations on the issue.
